A hearing loop (induction loop) sends sound as a magnetic signal straight to the telecoil inside your hearing aid or cochlear implant processor. There is nothing to wear and nothing to charge: switch your hearing aid to its T program and the sound arrives clean and clear, free of room echo and background noise. This home kit is built around the Univox CLS-1 compact loop amplifier. Connect your TV or stereo with the included cables, run the supplied loop wire around the edge of the room (under the carpet or along the skirting board), and the whole seating area is covered, up to roughly 50 square metres. Bass and treble controls let you shape the sound to your hearing, and automatic gain control keeps quiet dialogue audible and loud scenes comfortable.
