Description

Cash Reader turns your phone into a fast, reliable banknote identifier. Point the camera at any note and the app speaks its value instantly, no need to recognise notes by touch or ask for help. It supports 121 currencies and is available in 40 languages, with automatic currency conversion for travellers. After a one-time download of the currency data it works fully offline, so you can check money anywhere without an internet connection. Designed for accessibility from the ground up: it is optimised for VoiceOver and TalkBack, shows large high-contrast values that respect your text-size settings, and turns on the flashlight automatically in low light. For deafblind users it can signal the denomination with countable vibration pulses instead of speech. Cash Reader is free to download with the lowest denomination, and a premium upgrade (monthly, yearly or lifetime, with a free trial) unlocks every note. Pricing and download are handled on the Cash Reader website.
